Yep. The immediate successor to Generation I takes the spot for Number 4 on this list. As I stated yesterday, this generation had more good-looking Pokemon, and the legendary Pokemon are truly epic. Don't get me wrong, Mewtwo is a pretty cool Pokemon but I found myself getting more attached to Ho-Oh and Lugia.
Besides the better Pokemon, Gen II doubled the size of the previous game's region, since this game included both Kanto and Johto. It also introduced breeding, two new types: dark and steel, and the infamous Pokerus disease.
