Generally, GameStop gets a bad wrap for having absolutely terrible trade-in policies; and occasionally I too get a little angry about the fact that a DSi with a charger is worth "nothing". However, I would just like to tell the entire world that the employees at the Roeland Park GameStop are fantastic. Please keep doing what you always do, which is being awesome and customer-friendly, and thanks so much for treating the customers with high respect.
